Toward the end of 2019, Rosanne, André’s eldest daughter, decided to join the family business with the goal of continuing to grow the company. Thus, during 2020 and 2021, the company acquired 11 restaurants in the Quebec City region, 8 restaurants in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, and several in the Upper Mauricie region, further solidifying its leadership position among Subway restaurants in the Mauricie area. That’s not all: for the first time, the company diversified its offerings by acquiring the Thai Express in Place Laurier and the Sushi Taxi restaurant in Shawinigan. In April 2023, the À la bouffe group acquired the Sushi Taxi brand and its 13 corporate restaurants. The company now assumes the dual role of franchisor and franchisee.

André and Rosanne have been fortunate to rely on an extraordinary team to help grow À la Bouffe.
