Annie St-Arneault has been Vice President, Retail Operations of METRO’s Pharmacy Division since November 2019. She has held various leadership positions within the company, where she played a crucial role in optimizing operational processes, driving innovation, and ensuring continuous improvement of services. Prior to joining METRO, she gained extensive experience in change management and operations optimization through her work on large-scale IT projects for several clients, including medium and large enterprises at Accenture, Bell Canada, and Xerox Global Services.
She holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. She focuses on building lasting business relationships and has the ability to blend strategy and execution to deliver expected results, bringing strong expertise in management and process optimization.
