A member of the third generation of the Hébert family, Norman John Hébert took his first steps within the family business in 2014 as Vice President and General Manager at MINI Brossard. After serving as Vice President of Business Development for five years until 2020, he was promoted to Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company to manage the entire operations of the Group.

Norman John Hébert became President and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Park Avenue at the beginning of 2023.

A graduate in Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Norman John also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at HEC Montréal.
