An entrepreneur at heart, Nicolas Duvernois has always been full of ideas. In 2006, after experiencing a catastrophic first business venture, he decided to found PUR Vodka.

With absolutely no knowledge of the industry, it all began by typing the word “vodka” into Google’s search engine. To finance his endeavor, Nicolas worked as a night janitor in a hospital and a vodka developer by day for nearly four years.

Today, Nicolas is the Founder and President of Duvernois Esprits Créatifs, Canada’s largest independent spirits producer. A visionary and creative leader, he is highly involved in the community.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Montreal, Nicolas has also served on the board of directors for Investissement Québec.

He is the author of three bestsellers, Entrepreneur à l’état Pur, Vive les idées folles!, and Réussir son télétravail. He is also a prominent columnist for Les Affaires, the creator of the ADOPTE INC. movement, a sought-after speaker, and a Dragon on the popular show Dans l’oeil du Dragon on Radio-Canada.
