Naima Boukouiss is an accomplished entrepreneur and the founder of Premium Soccer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, obtained in 1999, followed by a graduate diploma (DESS) in industrial engineering in 2009. She later completed a certificate in philosophy from Université Laval in 2019. Always eager to learn, she plans to add a certificate in communications and a certificate in law to her credentials in the winter of 2025.

Before embarking on the Premium Soccer journey, Naima worked alongside her husband in the furniture industry at their companies, MOBITAL, specializing in wholesale, and Urbana Mobilier. In 2017, she decided to pause her career to focus on her studies in philosophy. In 2019, she founded Premium Soccer, a rapidly growing business.
