A graduate in shoe design from London’s prestigious Cordwainer’s College, Myriam Belzile-Maguire has always been passionate about footwear. Before founding Maguire, she acquired extensive experience at United Colors of Benetton in Italy, as well as at Pajar and the Aldo Group in Montreal, in addition to having designed for dozens of renowned brands such as Opening Ceremony.

Maguire, now incorporated in two countries, has over twenty employees and operates boutiques in Montreal, Toronto, and New York. The company has been featured in Forbes, WWD, Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar, and won the prestigious Emerging Talent Award in the Accessories category at the Canadian Arts & Fashion Awards (CAFA) in 2022. Since then, Myriam has pursued her mission to bring transparency, quality and fair prices to the women’s footwear industry.
