Hugo holds a master’s degree in management sciences and is a graduate in history and political science. He has been involved for many years in civil society for various causes. He has also collaborated with the Energy Sector Management Chair at HEC Montréal and worked with various organizations (Conseil québécois du commerce de détail and Réseau Environnement). Through his education and multidisciplinary background, Hugo has developed a growing interest in urban planning, environmental issues, and heritage conservation. He aims to leverage his curiosity and the knowledge gained throughout his journey to contribute to the revitalization of our living environments.
