He oversees service design and digital product management, including e-commerce, marketing tech, and in-store experiences, for brands like Aldo, Call It Spring, Globo, and Sperry. Greg’s key focus is crafting services that enhance the customer journey, strengthen brand engagement, and boost loyalty. He also spearheads research, testing, and pilot programs for cutting-edge digital concepts.

Before joining ALDO Group in 2015, Greg headed up strategy and design at top agencies including Nurun, Sapient, Razorfish, and Duke. With two decades of industry experience under his belt, he’s lent his expertise to major players such as L’Oréal Group, Manulife, Adidas, Levi’s, Nike, Nissan, Guerlain, Club Med, Louis Vuitton, and PlayStation.
