My mission

To design stores in line with new strategies

My background

  • Conceptualization of all sales formats (2000, 4000, 6000, 8000 m² of sales area, and management of large land areas with partners: “Decathlon villages”) and logistics at Decathlon from 2000 – 2015.
  • Work in collaboration or directly with the different international markets of Decathlon (Europe, China, Russia, Latin America, United States, etc.)
  • Writing of the programming of our building brand headquarters, realization of the sketches and then search for partners to develop projects ranging from 5,000 m² (e.g. DÉCATHLON Solognac in Cestas) and up to 100,000 m² (Btwin Village in Lille)
  • Writing of the 1st environmental real estate policy in 2005
  • Opening of the first store with sustainable development guidelines in 2007 (issue: water conservation and work on energy reduction in our buildings)

From 2015 – 2020

I focused more on how to sell and small formats > 700 m² store to container > work in detail with the offer and merchandising

From 2020 – until today

Working on the transformation of the Decathlon business model
