Eric Martin has over 30 years of experience in marketing research. Founding President of ORAMA Marketing, he created the latter in 2000 to provide marketing research and survey services. He leads the marketing research group as well as the collection operations of the company, which conducts nearly 150,000 interviews annually. He specializes in studies of consumer behavior, customer experience, customer satisfaction and retention, and consumer needs. His particular fields of expertise include the design of questionnaires, the development of methodologies, the operationalization of data collection as well as the processing and analysis of results. His vast experience and rigor have notably led him to direct several methodologically complex studies.
