Jorge joined Swissport in 2022, overseeing the Canadian lounge operations, and has recently been promoted to the position of Head of Lounges, NOAM. With 20 years hospitality experience, and a degree from the University of Ottawa in Civil and Common Law, Jorge is responsible for the commercial, operational and experiential success of lounges in the region.
