Philippe Stas became Vice President, Services and Business Operations at ADM in September 2022. He has been with ADM for almost 6 years and joined the organization after having contributed for about 20 years to the operational excellence of supply chains in world-class organizations such as CAE, Rolls-Royce, Bell Helicopter and Pratt & Whitney.

Philippe Stas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Management from HEC, a Certificate in Quality Management and Improvement from ÉTS and is currently finalizing a Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Development from HEC.

He has been responsible for ADM’s strategic sourcing since his arrival, and is also Chairman of the Board of ECPAR, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help organizations develop their sustainable procurement culture.
