A graduate of ESG UQAM with a BBA and a Master’s in Business Administration, Éric is an accomplished leader who has built his career in retail. In 2005, he left the private sector to join the team at Industries Goodwill Renaissance Montreal Inc.**

 His versatility and passion for developing human potential enabled him to quickly advance within the nonprofit organization, where he held various positions, including Director of Sales and Operations. In 2011, he added training in the management of social and collective enterprises to his skillset. Éric is a firm believer in social economy, and his daily motivation is to have a positive impact on people’s lives, the community, and the environment.

In 2016, he was promoted to Deputy General Director and was appointed General Director of the nonprofit in July 2018.

Drawing on his expertise in the private sector, he has developed an innovative vision of social economy focused on results while remaining dedicated to people. He is undoubtedly an inspired and inspiring social entrepreneur.

His numerous accomplishments and successes include store openings, building acquisitions, business financing, and organizational development with annual growth of 20% or more.
