Annie St-Arneault has been Vice President, Retail Operations for METRO’s pharmacy division since November 2019. She has held various management positions within the company, where she played a crucial role in business process optimization, innovation and continuous service improvement. Prior to joining METRO, she acquired extensive experience in change management and operations optimization in the context of various large-scale IT projects with several medium and large corporate clients at Accenture, Bell Canada and Xerox Global Services.

She holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. Her focus is on building lasting business relationships, combining strategy and execution to deliver results, and bringing solid expertise in process management and optimization.

Isabelle Beauregard has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Meubles RD since 2020 and President of Groupe VFD since 2025.

As Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with an MBA, she brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, process optimization, and organizational transformation. After holding several key positions in financial analysis, control, consulting, and operations management, she demonstrates a unifying leadership focused on innovation, collaboration, and authenticity. She is committed to creating work environments where autonomy, a sense of belonging, and enjoyment at work are at the heart of the culture.

In 2017, Charles joined McGill University to co-lead the creation and development of the Bensadoun School of Retail Management (BSRM) whose ambition is to be the leading academic institution in the world dedicated to the future of retail.

Charles has over 25 years of experience mostly working in Europe and most recently in China and Southeast Asia. His passions and expertise sit at the crossroads of people development, executive education and consulting in strongly branded and fast-growing retail environments.

Born and raised in Montreal, Charles holds a B. Com. from McGill, an M. Litt. in History from Oxford University and an MBA from Stanford Business School.

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supplemented by certificates in administration, human resources, and organizational psychology, she possesses a combination of skills essential to modern management. Her career path illustrates a constant commitment to her community: she has previously chaired the Réseau Environnement Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean and currently sits on several strategic boards of directors, including Développement économique Alma, Créneau d’excellence de l’aluminium, Collectif des entreprises d’insertion du Québec, Quincailleries R+, and Groupe RIVRA.

Always striving for innovation and improvement, Josée Gauthier is part of Cohort C29 at the École d’entrepreneurship de Beauce, where she continues to nurture her vision and refine her leadership skills.

Under her leadership, Groupe Coderr has experienced major organizational growth, quadrupling its budget over the past five years and employing hundreds of people, many of whom are in integration programs. Josée has spearheaded major projects such as the development of 60 affordable housing units in Alma, carried out in partnership with the City of Alma and Desjardins, as well as the expansion and modernization of the Coderr thrift store network, which is a regional pillar of reuse and responsible consumption. She has also implemented innovative social integration programs, enabling hundreds of people to regain their independence and dignity through work.

A visionary, Josée Gauthier also develops projects related to critical metals, opening up new perspectives for the Coderr Group and its role in economic and environmental transition.

Her strategic and people-oriented approach makes her a pillar in leading Groupe Coderr toward operational, social, and environmental excellence, thereby contributing to the creation of sustainable and inclusive living environments for future generations.

As Vice President of B2C Sales at Nespresso Canada, Alexis Giguère oversees e-commerce, the boutique network, and retail sales. He has over 25 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, having held management positions at GURU Organic Energy, L’Oréal Canada, and Procter & Gamble.

He holds a degree in business administration from HEC Montréal, studied at ESSEC in Paris, and completed Nestlé’s international leadership program at the London Business School. His career demonstrates strategic leadership and solid expertise in business development and team management.

Executive, bilingual, CPA, Daniel Lampron benefits from a large experience in management for private, family and international wingspan compagnies, working in the domains of retail business, distribution, manufacturer and services. He is a strategical visionary recognized for his dynamism, energy, accessibility and his leadership.

Experienced in change management, as well as in financial balance sheet management, he defines the company’s long-term direction with clarity and precision. He builds positive relationships and inspires employees to deliver quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Alexandra Oberson is the co-owner and president of Oberson stores. Founded in 1963, the family business has always been recognized for its specialized service and unparalleled selection of technical products. A smooth and successful succession plan allowed her to propel the business toward new horizons, all while maintaining its legacy very much alive.

Passionate about skiing, cycling, running, and mountain life, she has built a dedicated, specialized, and high-performing team to expand the brand’s reach across Canada.

Marie-Christine Paré is a strategic and innovative leader in the shopping center industry. Since January 2025, she has served as the General Manager of Galeries de la Capitale, owned by Primaris Reit, leveraging her 20 years of experience in both retail and property management.

Driven by a strong desire for excellence, she remains constantly attuned to market trends and places customer experience at the heart of her priorities, always striving for improvement. Her management approach is based on collaboration and development, fostering training, knowledge sharing, and feedback within her team.

Over the past nine years at Galeries de la Capitale, she has played a key role in the redevelopment of the center, including major renovations to common areas, the Méga Parc, and the integration of flagship retailers.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she grew up on the south shore of Quebec but also lived in Montreal and Toronto to further her studies and improve her English proficiency. Her commitment to efficiency, creativity, innovation, and leadership continues to shape her vision and management of the shopping center.

Damien Silès has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Retail Council of Quebec since January 2023.

He has a strong background in international business and served as General Director of the Quartier de l’innovation de Montréal from 2014 to 2022.

Before that, he was the General Director of the Société de développement social de Ville-Marie for six years, an organization he founded in 2008. His work there earned media recognition and two titles of Personnalité de la semaine by La Presse-Radio-Canada (February 2011 and June 2013).

From 2002 to 2008, he was also the Director of Membership and Sales at the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, where he built strong relationships with the Quebec business community.
